Health & Wellness Coaching
Move your “why” into action through partnership, not directives.
Wellness coaching supports health outcomes, fluctuating life dynamics and even a philosophy of life.
At Circle Pit Wellness, health and wellness coaching helps clients with three main objectives in mind:
- Navigating change with a growth mindset
- Sustaining progress as a lifestyle choice
- Learning something new for well-being
Common questions include:
Who does wellness coaching help?
Generally, those who are realistic about their expectations and are ready to work toward their goals. The coaching process isn't for resolving trauma or processing what you want out of this thing we know as life. That's when a mental health counseling is beneficial. Coaching definitely integrates with your healthcare care team, but it is not your healthcare provider.
Who's qualified to offer this service?
Honestly, that's up to you. Board-certified health and wellness coaches, like Kat Hanner, MA, NBC-HWC, help clients through partnership, resilience training and cognitive frameworks. She also helps clients explore feedback loops that influence long-term outcomes, repattern abilities and support well-being.
Coaching is human centric.
Come as you are. This work is self-directed, not persuaded by advice, anecdotes, quotas or products. One-on-one sessions and personalized wellness programs are created during coaching time.
There are no one-size-fits-all steps to follow here. No joiner mentality either. And definitely, no judgement of what is.
Curiosity matters.
Coaches are interested in supporting long-term outcomes and healthy mindsets, without fake positivity. Learn more about the coaching process on the Circle Pit Wellness frequency #wellness-coaching.
*Remember, this is a collaborative of humans uninterested in commercial influence. So, we're intentionally finding other means of connection outside of social media.
